     At Bombay Kloset, we pour our heart into every piece. To maintain the integrity of our creations, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

     

    Exchange Policy

    Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

    1. Wrong size received
    2. Manufacturing defect

     

    To request an exchange:

    • Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery.
    • The product must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • A clear video of the product (showing the issue) is mandatory for verification.
