Welcome to www.bombaykloset.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services operated by Bombay Kloset (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use our services.

1. Eligibility to Use

To shop with Bombay Kloset, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or

  • Accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information

  • All our products are photographed and described as accurately as possible.

  • Minor differences in color, print placement, or finishing may occur due to the handmade and natural fabric process.

  • Size charts are provided for each product. We recommend checking your measurements before ordering.
     

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice at our sole discretion.

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is successfully received.

  • We accept online payments through secure third-party payment gateways. Available payment options include:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via trusted payment gateway providers. We do not store or access your card details at any stage.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We take 2 working days to process and pack your order before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline is 4 to 5 working days, depending on your delivery location.

  • Orders are shipped via reputed third-party courier services with tracking details shared through email or WhatsApp.

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bombay Kloset is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, regional restrictions, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after payment is confirmed.

  • In case of an error on your part, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
     

6. Exchange & Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process and ship your replacement product.

  • Items not eligible for exchange include:

  1. Sale or discounted products

  2. Accessories

  3. Customized or made-to-order items

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the exchange is due to a verified manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including images, designs, product names, text, and graphics—is the property of Bombay Kloset.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
     

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws.

  • You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Bombay Kloset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
